The firm has endeavored to meet project budgets and constantly monitors project costs throughout all phases of the work.  In addition to conventional and in-house estimating methods, we continually verify current costs with vendors, suppliers and contractors.  This process has given us accuracy resulting in an excellent track record for all projects designed by the firm.  We take pride in our record of being "within budget".
