Milan M. Gross, AIA - Associate

Studied at the University of Miami, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering in 1957.  Employed by several architects in Florida and Georgia, and then as staff architect for Sears Roebuck Company and Colonial Stores, Inc.  Subsequently employed by Warren M. Epstein in 1965, becoming an Associate in the firm in 1978.  Mr. Gross has a diversity of experience which includes a wide variety of project types for both the public and private sector.  As a project architect, Mr. Gross is responsible for production of construction documentation, product research, code research, and assisting in the coordination of engineering disciplines.  Mr. Gross checks contractor submittals for compliance with construction documents and conducts job site inspections during construction.  Significant Project Responsibilities include:

He is a registered architect in Georgia and as an Associate of the firm he has responsibility on a variety of commercial, industrial and institutional type projects.  Professional society memberships include the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

 

Thomas E. Mottern, AIA - Associate

Studied at the University of Tennessee, receiving a Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1979.  Worked towards a Master of Architectural Engineering at Oklahoma state University.  After being employed by architects in Texas, Tennessee and Georgia, and then as university architect at Georgia State University, Mr. Mottern was employed by Warren M. Epstein & Associates  in 1993.  Mr. Mottern has a diversity of experience which includes a wide variety of project types for both the public and private sector.  As a project architect, Mr. Mottern is responsible for production of construction documents including product research, code reviews, coordinating the engineering disciplines and extensive job site inspections during construction.  Significant Project Responsibilities include:
